Where is customer Service

We order the food grade Calcium Bentonite, UPS claimed we owned them $25.90 for customs and other charges. Product is not in Brampton ON Canada as indicated by warehouse location on their website.

To make things worse, we did not receive what we ordered.

we Contacted Green Garden Vibes multiple times by email, only to get an auto reply stating someone would be contacting us after each email were sent, it was been 5 days since original email went out with no real person contacting us.

Guess next step is to start a return, not expecting any better service than I have already received.
Will get my money and custom charges back, I am thinking not.

After placing my order I was surprised to find out that this was being shipped from India. It took about two weeks before UPS came around and left a tag on our door showing a $25 payment requirement.

Shipped was stated as 'free' upon placing the order. I've emailed the company and sent a WhatsApp message and have not heard back yet. WhatsApp message is being ignored.
